CFI Town Hall Meeting - Toronto
In November the CFI shared with the community a discussion paper called Conversation on the future of Research and Research Infrastructure in Canada: role of the Canada Foundation for Innovation. With this paper, we invited the community to answer a number of questions related to trends that are likely to shape how we approach research and state-of-the-art infrastructure over the next ten to 20 years. We are embarking on a nationwide discussion with research institutions and key CFI stakeholders. Your feedback will help us continue to be responsive to the evolving needs of the research community.
The CFI will be holding a town hall meeting to which all institutions are invited to send attendees. The following session will be held in Toronto:
Delta Chelsea – 33 Gerrard St. West, Toronto, ON
Thursday, January 31, 2019
2pm – 4pm
This town hall meeting will be of interest to university administrators (vice-presidents of research, deans, department heads and research office staff), researchers, including project leaders, and key partners.
To ensure that we have enough space for attendees, please RSVP by completing the registration form, including your email address, so that we may contact you with any updates. Please respond by January 7, 2019.
